Cancellation Policy
The Conference Room at Hotel Sky 5 is available for business meetings, workshops, interviews, and small corporate events. By booking this service, guests agree to the terms outlined below to ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful use of the space. Booking & Duration: • Use of the conference room is by appointment only. • Slots are available in three time blocks: Morning (9 AM – 1 PM), Afternoon (2 PM - 6 PM), and Evening (7 PM – 10 PM). • Guests are expected to vacate the space promptly at the end of their booking time. Conduct & Use: • The space is reserved for professional events and business-related gatherings. • All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward hotel staff and other visitors. • Excessive noise or disruptive activity is not permitted. • Furniture and equipment must be used as intended and returned to their original positions after use. Amenities & Add-ons: • The base rental includes high-speed Wi-Fi, whiteboard, seating, and power access. • Optional add-ons such as a projector, tea/coffee service, or notepads must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rooftop Garden Access: • The conference room includes access to the rooftop garden, which may be used for breaks, casual discussions, or pre-approved light catering. • No open flames, alcohol service, or external catering setups are permitted without written approval. Cancellations & Modifications: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking to receive a full refund or rescheduling option. • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a full charge for the reserved slot. Liability & Damages: • Guests are responsible for any damage to furniture, equipment, or the venue during the booking. • Hotel Sky 5 is not responsible for lost personal belongings or technical issues caused by third-party devices.
